"Wąwóz Homole" is one of the biggest natural attractions of the Pieniny Mountains. It is a deeply cut, steep-walled gorge in the Little Pieniny Mountains in the area of Jaworki village. The rocky part reaches a length of 0.8 km with fantastic crags and steep rock walls reaching up to 120 m in height.
We can admire the unique vegetation here. The gorge has been known as a treasure hunt since the 15th century. The stream Kamionka flows along the narrow valley bottom. Its unusual and picturesque cascades are particularly noteworthy here.
Higher up, the gorge widens into Dubantovská clearing with huge boulders called ""stone books"". It is a favourite resting place for tourists hiking in the ravine. Walking further we reach the viewing terrace at the Jaworki Arena.
