The Biała Woda nature reserve was created in the Pieniny range to preserve the remains of a Lemko village, as well as unusual rock formations, flora and fauna and elements of inanimate nature, such as the cascades of a stream with numerous boulders. It is an excellent place for walks as well as bike rides.
The White Water Nature Reserve was established over 50 years ago. In 1963 it was decided to create this form of terrain protection because of the remains of the buildings of Rusi Szlachtowska (Lemko settlement) located in this area and interesting specimens of animate and inanimate nature.
